Return Policy

AFTRWRD accepts returns on eligible items within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us at info@aftrwrd.com with your order number and reason for return. Every return is reviewed case by case, and our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

AFTRWRD garments are made from secondary and surplus textiles, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Variation is part of the story these materials carry, not a flaw. Fabric origin, construction quirks, and prior material history are disclosed on the product page, and expected characteristics of secondhand materials are not, on their own, grounds for return. We ask that customers read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Because each item is unique, we review every return individually rather than applying a single fixed standard. Our team considers the specific item, its documented characteristics, and the reason given, then lets you know whether it’s approved.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order. Given our small-batch inventory model, we cannot guarantee availability.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
