Returns & Refunds

Return Policy AFTRWRD accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us at info@aftrwrd.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and next steps.

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Because AFTRWRD garments are made from secondary textiles, we ask that customers review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Material characteristics disclosed on the product page — including fabric origin, construction variations, or prior material history — do not constitute grounds for return.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order. Given our small-batch inventory model, we cannot guarantee availability.

Refunds Once a return is received and approved at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
